The Good Folks was appointed as the retainer agency for Perk by Kate back in November 2016 and has since helped to raise the profile of the brand via various PR initiatives including personality profiling and media showcases and product pitching etc.

Founded in February 2012 by Kate Low, Perk by Kate was borne of a need to bring real lingerie, to real women. Being a petite lady herself, Kate noticed a distinct lack of comfortable lingerie in the market for small ladies – pieces that flatter real bodies without sacrificing comfort and confidence.
She then started Perk by Kate as a multi-label retailer which introduced cult lingerie brands like Eberjey, Lonely Lingerie and For Love & Lemons to great reception. In 2014, she branched into lingerie design and launched her debut in-house brand, the Perk by Kate label.
In conjunction with the label’s fifth anniversary, The Good Folks secured multiple personality profiling and business pieces for its founder Kate Low. Both Kate and the Perk by Kate business were featured in key media including The Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao, Buro247 Singapore, Nylon, Her World, Female, Elle, StylexStyle, Harper’s Bazaar, Singapore Women’s Weekly,etc.
The Good Folks also helped to organise Perk by Kate’s first media showcase for its debut lounge and bodywear collection.
