Emporium Shokuhin received a lot of hype during its launch as it is the first-of-its-kind in Singapore.
One year on, The Good Folks was roped in to help with maintaining / creating awareness and excitement for the emporium.
Emporium Shokuhin is Singapore’s first integrated Japanese Emporium featuring a live seafood market, a beef dry-aging facility, a Japanese Gourmet Grocer and 8 unique dining concepts all in one location. The 34,000-sqft integrated emporium occupies the entire 1st level of Marina Square’s new wing, and is the preferred epicurean destination for consumers who have a penchant for quality Japanese cuisines and products.
Together with the team from Emporium Shokuhin, The Good Folks facilitated numerous themed-tasting sessions such as the Ehime Seafood and Sake Pairing, an Emporium Shokuhin Food Trail (spanning across three restaurants including Senmi Sushi, Burosu Honten and Umi + Vino) and a media tasting session at Gyuu+ to great reception amongst traditional media and social influencers, both existing and new contacts. More importantly, the efforts helped Emporium Shokuhin reach out to new groups of consumers who may not be exposed to the restaurants prior.
